Entire marketing department reported intermittent internet drops. Wi-Fi signal was strong, but no packet flow.

The Diagnosis

Identified a rogue DHCP server (an employee plugged in a home router) causing IP conflicts across the VLAN.

The Fix

Located the device via MAC address filtering on the switch, disabled the port, and implemented DHCP Snooping to prevent recurrence.
